Monument to the Little Shepherds of Fátima

O Monumento aos Pastorinhos encontra-se na Rotunda Sul e é o resultado do trabalho conjunto entre pai e filho – Fernando Marques (autor da escultura) e Francisco Marques (arquiteto da obra). As imagens são em pedra e o elemento vertical da escultura em aço inox. O monumento da iniciativa da Associação Cultural de Fátima foi inaugurado a 10 de junho de 1997.
The Monument to the Little Shepherds is located at the South Roundabout and is the result of joint work between father and son – Fernando Marques (author of the sculpture) and Francisco Marques (architect of the work). The images are made of stone and the vertical element of the sculpture is made of stainless steel. The monument, an initiative of the Fátima Cultural Association, was inaugurated on June 10, 1997.
